Eric joined DSU as an Equity Compliance and Title IX Investigator in April,2020. He obtained ATIXA Level 1 Civil Rights Investigator certification in June, 2020.
Eric obtained his Bachelor Degree in Accounting in 1995 through Utah State University. Eric later earned his Master of Science in Criminal Justice through Weber State University in 2004. Eric has also graduated from two law enforcement academies, Utah Peace Officer Academy in 1997 and from the Federal Bureau of Investigation Academy in 2004.
Eric’s work experience includes working in law enforcement for the State of Utah, Adult Probation and Parole and for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Las Vegas, Nevada field office assigned to the Violent Crimes and Major Offenses Unit. Eric also taught as an Adjunct Instructor at Dixie State University (DSU) in the Criminal Justice Department for several semesters from 2018-2019.
