Mission
UT’s Office of Equity Compliance & Title IX promotes equity and inclusion in UT’s educational programs and workplace through education, prevention and response to reports and complaints. University Community Members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner which demonstrates respect for others and does not infringe upon the rights of others. The Office of Equity Compliance and Title IX promptly and fairly responds to concerns of sex-based discrimination, non-sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence and sexual assault), non-sex-based harassment, and retaliation, in order to stop harm, remedy the effects, and prevent recurrence.
If you have questions or concerns regarding possible sex-based discrimination, non-sex-based discrimination, sexual harassment (including sexual violence and sexual assault), non-sex-based harassment, or retaliation, please contact the Office of Equity Compliance & Title IX using the Incident Reporting Form on this web page or via email to report@utahtech.edu, or by contacting UT’s Director of Equity Compliance / Title IX Coordinator, Hazel Sainsbury via email at Hazel.Sainsbury@utahtech.edu or by phone at 435-652-7747.
